We want you to be confident buying MagnetChart Pro. Every charge is covered by an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge — no questions asked. This applies to the first payment as well as renewal payments of monthly and yearly subscriptions.
2. How to request a refund
Email admin@magnetchart.com from the address linked to your account (or include it in the message) within 14 days of the charge. No justification is required. We normally respond within 2 business days.
3. Processing
Refunds are issued in full through our payment provider Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all purchases, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
4. Cancellations & renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again. If you missed cancelling before a renewal, the renewal charge is still covered by the 14-day guarantee above.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
