These Terms govern your access to and use of MagnetChart (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MagnetChart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
MagnetChart provides real-time and historical cryptocurrency market data, charts and analytics aggregated across multiple exchanges. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
3. No financial advice
All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Trading carries substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
4. Accounts
Sign-in is handled through Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans ("Pro") are billed through our payment provider, Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its data, nor to interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Availability & accuracy
Market data is aggregated from third-party exchanges and provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and MagnetChart shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
